From humble beginnings back in 2011, venues by Only opened its very first venue right here in Melbourne. Over the last 10 years, we have been busy perfecting our craft and love for Melbourne’s cafe culture and establishing over 30 venues.
With more than 14 venues currently operating and many more exciting projects underway, we are focused now more than ever on providing our exceptional venues by Only services, products and venues for locals and alike to enjoy.
We are proud to have a growing team of 500+ hospitality legends across all of our venues and at our Inglewood warehouse. Venues by Only prides itself on the unique mix of talented staff that make our venues what they are today.

Since opening our doors in 2017, Inglewood Coffee Roasters has become the fastest-growing roastery in Australia. Our focus is a balance between delivering elite service, roasting high-quality coffee, and offering a diverse range of unique, world-class blends and single-origin coffees.
Beginning our story as café owners and operators, our team focuses on developing strong connections with our wholesale customers and striving to deliver service that is above and beyond expectations. Using our infrastructure, we aim to give our customers a leg up, in one of the most competitive landscapes in the world.
